When I purchase software from the Toshiba Software Marketplace, with whom am I entering a contract?
Answer: All purchase transactions take place between the buyer and software publisher. The purchase transaction is handled by element 5 on behalf of the software publisher. The software has not been tested by Toshiba Europe GmbH to work with its notebooks, desktops, servers or PDAs and Toshiba Europe GmbH accepts any liability or responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of said software.
I wish to make a purchase. How do I go to the checkout?
Once you have chosen a product and would like to make your purchase, please click on the "QuickBuy" button within the product page. Then you will be asked to fill out a purchase form. Upon completing the form and submitting, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and providing you with an access code or license number that you then use to download your new software package.
What personal information do I need to submit as a new customer?
After submitting your email address, you will be asked to fill out and submit a form with your personal data. This information is crucial for the correct and efficient processing of your order. The ordering process is from this point on protected by a secure SSL-Connection. Your personal information is kept secure from third parties and will not be transferred by element 5 to other parties. Please be sure to fill out this form accurately and to indicate the name of the person to which the product will be licensed. Your email must be entered twice for verification. Your email address is of extreme importance as the information you are paying for will be sent to you via email. An incorrect email address delays the entire ordering process. Furthermore, we at element 5 will not be able to contact you.
For security reasons we do not accept email addresses from hotmail or other freemail services.
Which payment methods are available?
On the same screen where you are asked to enter your personal data, you can choose from the following payment methods: credit card, bank/wire transfer, direct debit (only available in Germany), check, or cash (sent to us by registered, secure mail only). Once you have chosen and verified your payment method, submit your order by clicking on "Submit Order". If you have selected credit card payment you will then be asked to fill out a form with your credit card information. In all cases, once you have provided us with all required payment details, the next screen will thank you for ordering and provide you with information relevant to your order as well as an invoice/receipt of your purchase that you will also receive as an e-mail.
How safe is it for me to pay for my order on-line?

How do I receive an invoice/receipt for my purchase?
After successfully completing your order, an invoice/receipt will be displayed on the confirmation screen, which you can print. You will also receive this as an email. If you require a hard copy of your invoice/receipt, please submit this request to the element 5 support team at support@element-5.de.
Whom do I contact if I have a technical problem with the software?
After successfully completing your order, you will receive your registration key for the software via email. With this you also get the contact information of the software publisher. He will answer all technical questions concerning his product.
