The only way will be a traditional agent backup. Offcourse this is not possible when the server is turned off.

Where are you looking in the restore job, under the servername itself, or under the vcenter server? As far as i remember you will have to look under the vcenter server (there are the servers selected to backup)

Replace enterprisevaultserver with the servername of your EV server and domain.internal with your internal DNS name.
