Backup Exec 2010 R3 Renewal Assistant

I have problem with Renewal Assistant. I still getting this error: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH154726
Solution in this support article is unusable. We are connected to the Internet through a proxy server, but in BE the address is nowhere to put. Maybe that is the problem.

Not sure if it is going to work, but you can try to enter a proxy with netsh:
netsh winhttp set proxy myproxy:80

What kind of proxy do you have ?
For example Microsoft ISA & TMG2010 have a client that you can install if you applications do not support to configure a proxy.

Sorry to resurrect an old
Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I also have this problem and also use a proxy server.
Is there any documentation which specifies what ports or addresses are required for this tool?
