Please have a look at the Commands Manual as well as the 'usage' output in your opening post. It also helps if you look at the parameters that you enter when doing duplication through the GUI (Catalog section). The same parameters need to be specified when you use cmd.

Ok, one thing I see: you've declared a global server name/token/use https for the remote (other) server. The Create SMP creds component will ONLY write values into the NotificationServer/NSAuthenticationToken/UseHTTPS field. So don't count on it writing any values to the global vars you introduce. Never mind, found it myself. It is just the same as a normal database. Detach it from the old exchang server, copy the files (all files, MDF, 31 NDF files and LDF files), and attach it at the new SQL server, it automatically detects it is a multi-device database and connects all files.
